Airborne Team Members are the rock stars on the park floor and are cross-trained as cashiers, court monitors, and party hosts. This fun and dynamic role has the opportunity to perform a variety of important functions, all over the park. We guarantee, you'll never be bored! We're seeking enthusiastic humans, ages 15 and older.
Team Member Responsibilities
- Deliver a fun, memorable, and safe experience for all
- Greet and assist guests in our park
- Register guests and sell Adventure Passes and Memberships
- Monitor guest behavior on trampoline courts and other attractions
- Communicate and enforce Airborne Safety Rules
- Oversee birthday parties from beginning to end (an excellent opportunity to earn some awesome tips from happy parents!)
- Serve pizza, drinks, and other goodies at the Air Cafe
- Keep the park clean, tidy, and sanitized
- Uphold the Airborne Adventure Core Values

Park Assistant Manager Summary
Are you ready to have some FUN while you work? Do you get joy from delivering an amazing guest experience? We are currently searching for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the team at Airborne Adventure Park.
This is a fast paced, fun, and exciting environment, requiring a high-energy person with excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing all aspects of the park as the MOD, as well as assisting the General Manager in daily tasks as needed.
Park Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities
- Setting performance goals focused on driving sales and profitability, guest and team member satisfaction and ensuring that brand standards are met.
- Leading, coaching and inspiring the team to accomplish park and business goals.
- Ensuring brand standards are met with the objective of exceeding guest expectations while maintaining a safe environment for all.

Park Assistant Manager Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a management or leadership position
- Proven track record of building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment

- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style
